Reflection about English Assessment Task 3 so far...

I think the English lesson in IICS was quite fun for me. I like how the teachers taught us in a creative and exciting way. We've learned so much about skills of writing, reading, listening, and so much more with our teachers. After these 5 months of studying, I've developed significantly in my writing skills that gave me lots of advantages for getting good grades in the school.

In this 3rd Assessment Task, we were told to create 5 pieces of texts including this blog, which was hard of course. I never thought I could get this kind of task, I was surprised when I heard the task, but it was challenging though.

My topic was about Microsoft Windows, which is hard to explain in an academic writing. Through this topic, I learned that Microsoft was a huge computer-technology company owned by the richest man in the world, Bill Gates. I also learned that through Bill's hard work and diligent effort, he could achieve a position that not every man could get in the world. I was impressed by his humility and meekness that leads him to his prominence in the world of computers.

I will improve my writing skills in the future just like how Bill Gates reach his fame. The more I practice, the more I will achieve. Writing essays are actually hard, but if you put all your effort in it, you will succeed.
