What I learn in academic writing?

Reflecting back on what I learn in academic writing, I learn that being a good writer needs many practices and determination. I sometimes find it difficult to write a good quality and interesting essay, and specifically I have difficulty in making a good sentence structure, grammar and word choice. Sometimes I also have difficulty in expressing my idea into writing. But after I learn academic writing, I now know how to write a good essay. I find myself improving gradually by much practicing doing essays. I learn how to write ways and strategies to write good essays, widening my vocabularies, etc.

In the academic writing session, I find the most fun and contributed to my writing improvement in the English Assessment 3. In this case, I have to write five different texts of essays. At first, I find it difficult to think and write of an interesting topic. But after the teacher gives me several strategies to write good essays, I find it much easier to write an excellent essay. I observe that writing essays are not actually as difficult as I think. Even though I come across many burden on doing this assessment, I find making different types of texts a new challenge for me and I am very excited to take part in this activity.

In addition, technology such as internet and computers also help me to widen my knowledge and make my work much easier. I can’t imagine our Earth without technology, then our planet will never be opened to each other. Thanks to Bill Gates who created internet, makes everything much easier.

Thanks to academic writing, I am now able to make a better essay. Best regards to our English teachers and students.
